Kitchen & Provisions

Each cottage is supplied with an

electric oven and gas hob, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle,crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware.

 

Every kitchen is stocked with provisions of fresh local produce for self-preparation, including:’

 

  • Choice of cereals

  • Barossa double-smoked bacon

  • Fresh eggs from our own hens (seasonal otherwise purchased locally)

  • Tomatoes

  • Swiss brown mushrooms

  • Homemade bread with no preservatives

  • Butter

  • Choice of Beerenberg spreads

  • Jersey Fresh milk from the local dairy

  • Beverages that include a selection of  teas, Moccona coffee, hot chocolate and orange juice.

  • Yoghurt

  • Nespresso coffee pods

 

Cooking essentials include:
Salt and pepper, olive oil, homemade worchestershire sauce, shiraz sauce, paper towel and cling wrap

Gluten free and vegetarian options available upon request.

Living Spaces

Make yourself comfortable on the two seater micro-suede lounge or lie in front of the cosy Norwegian pot-belly stove.
 

  • 46" LED (HD) television and DVD player

  • Movie library

  • Free use of the internet via WiFi or ethernet cable

  • Imported Italian tiles and quality French drapes

  • Reverse cycle air conditioner (heating and cooling)

  • Wood stove that is laid daily and free firewood that is provided daily between 1st May through to 31st October

  • Books and magazines 

  • Board games

 

There are four cottages with one bedroom in each cottage. There is a choice of French provincial or cedar bed settings, with either queen- or king-sized beds. Bedrooms include:

 

  • High quality, crisp white linen, woollen quilt, cotton blanket, feather pillows (optional)

  • Electric blanket

  • Ceiling fan

Outdoors and Facilities

We have recently added a gazebo that accommodates eight people around a large table. There is a six-burner BBQ for your use. We recommend that you make use of this to relax, enjoy friends, eat drink and be merry, and take in the sunsets that are so magnificent in the Barossa Valley.
 
Enjoy the free use of fully equipped laundry consisting of washing machine, dryer, washing powder, and iron with ironing board.
