TARIFFS

Prices of bookings are until 30th June 2024.

 

Gift vouchers may be purchased for that perfect gift


The cottages are exclusively for adult couples only.
Strictly no infants/children are accommodated.

 

We do not accommodate pets.

 

A minimum of a 2-night stay is required.

PRICING:

Langmeil and Gomersal Cottages have a queen-size bed. The rate is $330 per night.

​

Bethany and Krondorf Cottages have a king-size bed. The rate is $350 per night.

​

Biscay Cottage is accommodation only. It has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom. The rate is $250 per night for a couple. An extra $50 per person per night for up to four people. This cottage can accommodate children

​

SPECIAL BOOKING RESTRICTIONS

All South Australian long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights):

Australia Day Weekend (January )

Adelaide Cup Long Weekend (March)

Queens Birthday Long Weekend (June)
Labour Day Long Weekend (October)

 

Easter - minimum of 4 night stay:

TERMS OF PAYMENT

If you book by phone:

50% of your total accommodation is payable on booking, with a valid credit card. The remainder is payable  30 days prior to your arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days then 100% is payable.

If you book online:

Payment is immediate if you book online. This is done with PayPal. The cancellation policy still applies.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

The cottage is available from 3.00pm on the first day of your stay and needs to be vacated by 11am on your departure day unless other arrangements are made.

 

CANCELLATION AND DAMAGE POLICY

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the total due. If you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of nights that have been booked, no refund will be given.

We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover unexpected situations requiring the cancellation of bookings.

 

We understand that accidents happen but any wilful damage will be charged to your account. 

 

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking within the cottages is strictly forbidden however guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. If we determine evidence of smoking in the cottage, we reserve the right to apply a minimum cleaning fee of $300 which will be charged to your account.

 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

We accept VISA  MasterCard American Express
In giving us your credit card details you authorize us to withdraw such funds from your account as is needed to settle your account.
